Rochester Cathedral Trip for Years 3 and 4

Boleyn & Darwin Classes visited Rochester Cathedral and took part in a Sound Workshop, using bottles with different levels of water in to make music.
They then went on to a Poetry workshop where they worked together to create the following poem:

The children in Darwin have been making 'gloop' during a recent science lesson.
This is a mixture of Cornflour and Water, with food colouring added in. After mixing for a short time it becomes a solid when under pressure, and a liquid when left alone.
Very odd stuff  and messy business but the children loved it!!
